PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FOR VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING
- Media and Communication Policy: Sparky will not use any names, photos and videos of the participants to promote our programs.
- Parental permission and liability release: By signing up for and thus voluntarily participating this program, the Parent/Guradian give the Child permission to participate in this event, and RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE The Sparky Group and their organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Child, or to any property belonging to the Parent/Guaridan, while participating in the Program.
- Program Code of Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the parent/legal guardian and the participating
child must follow the Program Code of Conduct below:
- Conduct yourself in a courteous manner and treat all other participants with respect.
- NO harassment, hazing and cyberbullying.
- The inappropriate use of imaging, screenshots, and digital devices is prohibited.
- Use appropriate language all times.
