Elf and Leprechaun Sewing

In this craft project I will teach you how to design and make your own stuffed figures. The instructions to make cute, funny, and small elves or leprechauns like these, are as follows.

1. Choose what type of creature you want to sew.
2. Draw out your design on paper.
3. Select the colors you want and find them in your fabric pieces (if you don’t have the exact color, use something close to it).
4. Pile up your colored fabrics and cut them into shapes you need. Example: Cutting two orange boots and a T-shirt for an elf.
5. After you have cut out all of the clothing and body pieces, assemble your project before sewing. If you don’t like something, redo a step.
6. Now it is time to sew. Use sewing threads in colors that match what color fabric you are currently sewing. Attach pieces however you want and make sure you think it looks good.
7. When you are done sewing, review your creation and fix any “bugs” in it.
8. Now you know how to make many more of these. Have fun and share your crafts with friends!
