Should People eat Dinner Before 8:00 PM?

By Hannah

Should families have their last meal at 8:00, or not? Why or why not? Is it good to eat earlier, or later? Do you eat dinner at 8:00?

This is my second response. Hannah has a point, but I don't totally agree. In my situation, I eat lunch at 1 or 2 and don't need to wake up that early to start my day. Also, If you think that's still a 7 to 6 hour stretch, I just want to tell you that I sometimes eat snacks in the afternoon to hold me over. By the way, I now eat dinner at 7:30, but Hannah might still think that's too late.

People should not eat dinner before 8:00 because they have to come back from work very early to make and eat dinner at 7:00 sometimes disrupts some late meetings and they'll lose their jobs and get fired. Then they will have no money, no food, no water, no shelter, basically no everything. Also, even if parents can make dinner before 8:00, their kids might not be done with studying or doing sports and can't eat dinner that early. Then they have to eat dinner early, then get sent to bed and don't finish what they're supposed to do which leads to bad grades and not too good of a job later on. This is why I would suggest having dinner after 8:00 instead of before 8:00.

People should eat dinner before 8:00 because it gives them more time to digest the food. If they ate at 8:00, they will feel really full before bed, which isn't good for your body. If people have to continue work, they can always keep on doing their business after dinner. Also, if people ate dinner at 8:00, there would be an EIGHT HOUR jump between lunch and dinner!!
